These Terms govern your participation in North Arrow Coffee Company's text and email loyalty program, joined at signup.northarrow.coffee or at our point of sale.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking one or both consent boxes at signup, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from North Arrow Coffee Company. Depending on which box(es) you check, these may include:
• Account and order-related messages: order updates and event/catering confirmations.
• Marketing and promotional messages: deals, announcements, and offers.
Consent to receive marketing messages is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of joining the email side of the program.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of SMS. You'll receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at northarrow@northarrowcoffee.co.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages and are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or any charges you incur from your mobile carrier as a result of participating in this program.
You must be at least 18 years old to join this loyalty and SMS text messaging program.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this page.
