This Privacy Policy explains how North Arrow Coffee Company ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you sign up for our text and email loyalty program at signup.northarrow.coffee or at our point of sale.
When you join our loyalty program, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number, along with the fact and timestamp of any SMS consent you provide and the IP address the signup was submitted from.
We use this information to send you the messages you've agreed to receive: order updates, event and catering confirmations, and, if you separately opt in, marketing and promotional messages by SMS and email. We also use it to identify you as a loyalty program member at our café.
SMS consent is collected through two independent, optional checkboxes at signup: one for account/order-related messages and one for marketing/promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may check either, both, or neither — SMS consent is never required to join the email side of our loyalty program.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent status with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent record are shared only with our SMS/CRM service provider (GoHighLevel) solely to deliver the messages you requested, and are never sold or shared for outside marketing.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect — including phone numbers and consent records — against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored with our CRM provider (GoHighLevel) and our hosting provider (Vercel), both of which maintain their own security and compliance programs.
This signup page uses a minimal, essential cookie/session token from Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you're a human before submitting the form.
